Hatha Yoga classes with energising warm ups and traditional asanas practiced to promote strength, balance, flexibility and vitality. 

I also incorporate some pranayama practice (powerful breathing techniques which help energise and restore balance), and meditation.

I am passionate about helping you learn the essential postures, and to feel comfortable, safe and encouraged to continue your practice.

All levels, shapes and sizes are welcome! So even if you are a complete beginner or if you have been practicing for some time I hope to see you soon on the mat!

Soothe with Yin

Release and Relax...

Yin Yoga is a much slower and gentler practice where poses are floor based and held for a longer time (3 - 5 minutes).

Yin stems from ancient Chinese and Taoist principles which share the understanding of Qi (life force energy / prana) and the channels (meridians / nadi's) that run through our bodies, carrying this energy.

By stretching and deepening into poses for longer periods of time, it is believed we're able to release any emotional or energetic blockages we might have (held in the deeper tissues of the body), and this increased flow, in turn, enhances our emotional and mental balance.

On a physical level we target the deeper connective tissues and joints of our body, and this has immense benefits for our flexibility and circulation.

About me

I am still very much a student of Yoga, and learning so much as I go!

I am originally from London, and completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2018. Since then I have been teaching traditional Hatha Yoga and  have recently began my journey into teaching Yin Yoga.  

The approach in my classes is to focus on developing a mindful and meditative state, and to deepen the connection with the breath and the body.

I truly believe that Yoga has the power to strengthen and heal our physical, mental and emotional health, and I am passionate and committed to sharing this practice with as many people as I can.
